We love slow cookers! When you have been at work all day, there is nothing better than to come home to the delicious smells of something cooking in your kitchen. Tonight we had some tacos with a creamy chicken filling courtesy of the slow cooker. With only 5 ingredients plus toppings and tortillas, these tacos are a snap to throw together and you don't even have to thaw your frozen chicken beforehand.
